30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and unworn
Be in the same condition that you received it
Include all original packaging and accessories
Include proof of purchase

Items that have been worn, used, damaged by misuse, or altered after delivery are not eligible for return.Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

The wrong item was received
The item is confirmed defective

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for packages lost during return transit.Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

Please provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide one of the following solutions at no additional cost:

Partial refund

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Used or worn products
Customized or personalized products
Items marked as Final Sale
Gift cards
Products damaged through misuse or improper handling

For hygiene and safety reasons, wearable devices that have been extensively used may not qualify for return unless they are defective.

Exchanges

We offer product exchanges for eligible orders.

If you need a different size or replacement item, you can request an exchange within our return period.

European Union Customers

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.

To qualify, products must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Refund Process

You will receive an email notification confirming whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.

After this period, orders may already have entered processing or fulfillment and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Restocking Fee

In certain situations, approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% to cover inspection, handling, and repackaging costs.

If applicable, the fee will be clearly communicated before the return is finalized.
